Select an open area away from dogs food & bed
Unfold then place pad on floor with green plastic side down & white absorbent side up.
Place dog on pad to allow him/her to smell the pad.
Allow dog to relieve itself & reward with praise & a treat.
Discourage chewing or playing with pad. If accident occurs, bring dog to pad immediately & reinforce that the pad is a place to relieve itself. Repeat as needed until dog is using regularly.
Dispose of soiled pads in trash & replace pad immediately.
